The holiday season will be fast upon us, and with it comes a focus on family, traditions, social events, and cheer—all of which can cause difficult emotions to surface. Whether this is the first, second, or tenth holiday after your loved one’s death, emotions may arise in the days ahead that can blindside you. Surviving the holidays will guide you through this holiday season. You’ll find support and direction to navigate the holidays healthily.
