Luke Zeamer

Fourth Grade Teacher

Luke Zeamer, a dedicated educator with a heart for service, joined the Emanuel faculty this fall. He brings a wealth of experience, having previously taught fourth grade and served as athletic director at Peridot-Our Savior's Lutheran School on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation in Arizona for seven years.

Luke hails from Morrison, Wisconsin, a small farming community near Green Bay. His family background is deeply rooted in rural life, with parents who come from large families. He cherishes the memories of spending time with extended family, especially during summer gatherings.

Mr. Zeamer met his wife, Courtney, while attending Martin Luther College. Their love story is a testament to their commitment to faith and family, as they graduated, received their call, and married all within a single weekend. Their family has grown during their time in Arizona, with the arrival of their two young sons, Oliver and Liam.

Beyond his professional duties, Luke is passionate about spending quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities, games, and sports. He is a devoted fan of the Wisconsin Packers and takes pride in his roots.

Luke and his family are grateful for the warm welcome they have received in New London. They are eager to contribute to the mission of Emanuel.

Luke is inspired by the verse John 8:12, “I am the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.“.
