Bill Fuerstenau
Principal
Meet Bill Fuerstenau, a dedicated educator with a lifelong commitment to WELS schools. Bill grew up in Wisconsin, attending WELS schools throughout his education. After graduating from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School, he earned his undergraduate degree from UW Eau Claire, where he met his future wife, Beth. Together, they pursued a shared passion for teaching, transferring to Martin Luther College to complete their degrees.
Mr. Fuerstenau has a wealth of experience in WELS education, having served in schools in Montello and Hustisford. He holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Martin Luther College and joined the Emanuel team in 2021. Bill is excited to serve the families of New London and believes in the power of strong partnerships between school and home.
When he's not in the classroom, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, Oliver, Hannah, and Liam. He's also an avid outdoorsman, with a love for hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
