Philis Marinelli

With 38 years of experience in the administrative field, Philis Marinelli brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Emanuel. Her most notable experience includes working for Motorola Government Electronics Group in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 1986 to 2001.
Philis joined the Emanuel team in July 2024. A proud first-generation Italian American, she grew up in Addison, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. Her family’s rich Italian heritage filled her childhood with vibrant celebrations, gatherings, and unforgettable experiences.
New to Wisconsin, Philis is eager to explore the state and immerse herself in its culture. She is enthusiastic about joining the Emanuel community and contributing to its ongoing success.
